企业员工劳动经济利益诉求体系构建分析

  摘    要: 依法维护职工合法权益,竭诚服务职工是工会组织安身立命之本,是工会组织基本职责所在。针对职工群众最关心最直接最现实的利益诉求,要从制度机制入手,设立常设的机构和管理体制,构建制度化、体系化、规范化的职工诉求管理机制。
